What 'Business identity verified' means

Before a supplier profile carries this badge, the operator checks [REQUIRED: ACTUAL VERIFICATION CRITERIA — REGISTRY RECORD / BUSINESS NAME / AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE / DOCUMENT RECENCY]. Verification time is displayed where available. The operator may re-check, reject, revoke or suspend verification if new evidence requires it.

What it does not mean

Verification is not certification by a government or medicine regulator, a laboratory audit, proof of a licensed pharmacy, proof of drug market authorization, material quality, delivery, transaction legality, guaranteed counterparty behavior or platform endorsement.

Shareable badge, short URL and QR

A verified business can share its official platform profile via a short link, profile card or QR code. Always compare the opened URL with the operator's real published domain: pharmspan.com. A screenshot of a badge can be copied by an impersonator; a QR link to a genuine platform profile helps confirm which business profile is displayed but does not authenticate every external social account automatically.

Reporting impersonation

If someone uses another supplier's badge, presents a lookalike domain, or requests off-platform communications under another organization's name, submit a report via Report content. The operator can act on evidence but does not guarantee preventing every external fraud attempt.
