Report illegal content, impersonation or abuse

You may report an inaccurate or prohibited public listing, impersonation, fake business identity, fraudulent ranking, unlawful promotion, rule breach, security incident or other concern. Use the report control on a supplier page or contact contact@pharmspan.com.

Report form

Provide (where applicable): URL/profile/category/term; reason and explanation; relevant location/country; contact email; supporting facts or documents; confirmation that the report is submitted in good faith. If you choose to share a decrypted chat excerpt, the operator will be able to read that selected excerpt. The operator cannot otherwise view E2EE message contents by design.

Handling

We acknowledge reports in accordance with applicable requirements, evaluate the information reasonably available, take appropriate action where required (such as removing a public listing, temporarily restricting a profile or investigating an impersonation report) and send a statement of reasons or notice of review/complaint options where applicable. We do not promise that all private activity is monitored, or that all accusations automatically produce a ban. Notices from authorities use contact@pharmspan.com.

Appeal / correction

If your account or publicly visible information is restricted, contact contact@pharmspan.com, identifying the decision and grounds for reconsideration. Applicable statutory complaints and out-of-court dispute processes remain available. Do not file deliberately fabricated reports.
