Terms of service
Operator: Link Pulse Ltd, Agiou Artemiou 6, 7102 Aradippou, Cyprus. Effective date: [REQUIRED: DATE]. These terms apply to this digital communication-access service. They do not constitute a sales contract for any substance, material or other goods.
1. Service and parties
The operator offers searchable, admin-controlled supplier reference profiles and an optional, paid, time-limited private messaging channel between registered users and supplier representatives. The operator charges exclusively for access to that channel. The operator does not set goods prices, take orders for goods, process goods payments, arrange shipping or guarantee goods transactions.
2. Account and eligibility
Sign-in uses an emailed one-time code. Users must have lawful authority and capacity to use the service; supplier representatives must be authorized by their organizations. Users are responsible for securing their email accounts and devices and for ensuring that all their activities comply with their own location's and the other party's applicable rules. No account may impersonate another person or business.
3. Seven-day access
A user may purchase communication access for a particular supplier for 168 consecutive hours. Current default price: EUR 3.90 [REQUIRED: CONFIRM WHETHER INCLUDES APPLICABLE VAT AND LOCAL PRESENTATION]. The final total and taxes are displayed clearly before payment. A paid renewal extends the same conversation by a further 168 hours, starting after the existing paid window if active, or from the time of renewal if expired. No automatic renewal or recurring charge occurs. Payment is for access to the platform's messaging service, not for any goods, answer, outcome or response guarantee.
4. Payments, statutory rights and refunds
A real-money transaction uses [REQUIRED: APPROVED PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER] as disclosed at checkout. Development demo payments do not charge funds or create real commercial transactions. Consumer withdrawal rights, where applicable, are described in the Withdrawal information; no term in this agreement removes mandatory legal rights. Disputes, billing errors, unauthorized transactions and eligible refunds may be raised through contact@pharmspan.com. Any statutory pro rata payment for early-start services is determined according to applicable law and the actual service provided.
5. Supplier profiles and results
Business identity verification means that stated organizational identity was checked according to the published process; it is not proof of product authenticity, authorization, quality, safe use, sales volume or the legality of an individual transaction. Directory entries and communication-only numerical ratings are informational, not recommendations to obtain any regulated material. Rankings are described in Ranking methodology.
6. Restricted conduct
The separate Platform rules are incorporated into these terms. Users must not misuse this service to advertise or procure goods unlawfully, make fraudulent claims, impersonate others, solicit prohibited transactions or circumvent platform communication restrictions. No purchase order, goods checkout, logistics service or goods settlement is available here. The operator may investigate credible reports using available metadata and evidence voluntarily provided by a participant, while respecting the described limits of encryption.
7. Security and communication
Messages are intended to be E2EE only when the implemented encryption system is active and verified. Account identifiers, pairings, timestamps, payment metadata and ordinary service logs may remain accessible to the operator as detailed in Security and Privacy. Device compromise and recipient disclosure cannot be prevented by E2EE. Encryption does not legalize otherwise unlawful conduct.
8. Restriction and termination
The operator may restrict accounts for substantiated violations, impersonation, payment fraud or other lawful reasons stated in the Platform rules; an explanation and appeal/contact route will be given where required. The operator does not promise to monitor or detect all encrypted communications. Mandatory refund, access, data protection and due-process rights remain applicable. The operator may suspend listing publication where compliance status is unresolved.
9. Availability, responsibility and changes
Availability may vary due to maintenance, cybersecurity events and third-party infrastructure. The operator is liable to the extent required by mandatory applicable law and does not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited. Material changes to these terms are communicated as required; the effective date and archived versions are recorded.
10. Applicable law and disputes
The operator is established in Cyprus. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence where applicable. The competent forum and mandatory consumer rights are not overridden by an exclusive venue clause. Contact contact@pharmspan.com first; any required ADR information appears in Contact. The former EU ODR website is closed and is not offered as a currently operational remedy.
