Platform rules

Effective date: [REQUIRED]. These rules apply to every user and supplier organization, alongside the Terms.

Identity and profiles

Supplier organizations must submit accurate legal identity information. Only admin-approved, verified organization profiles may receive the public identity-verified badge. Suppliers may select only administrator-approved neutral reference terms for their profile. Public sales offers, user-generated product copy, testimonials, medicine efficacy claims, goods prices, inventory or links to external ordering are not accepted as catalog content.

Permitted use

Use the service for lawful professional inquiries and communications. Each user is responsible for complying with applicable restrictions in all relevant jurisdictions. 'Research use only' text does not, on its own, establish that a particular material is lawful to advertise, export, import or supply.

Prohibited activity

Do not post or solicit unlawful transactions, illegal advertising, fraudulent invoices, impersonation, prohibited product claims, manipulation of the ranking/review system, false verification claims, spam, phishing, threats or infringement of third-party rights. The platform does not provide goods purchase/order/settlement functions.

Staying within the platform

The service's chat access is paid for a defined duration. Requests to move correspondence off-platform to bypass access rules, impersonating this platform on other services, or misusing another supplier's verification badge breach these rules. A substantiated violation may result in restriction or permanent account closure, subject to applicable law, the severity of conduct, evidence and available review routes. Paying for renewed on-platform contact contributes to an accurately computed repeat-contact metric; moving outside the platform does not. Encrypted messages are not centrally readable; moderation may rely on reports, publicly available evidence and voluntarily submitted excerpts. We do not claim to detect off-platform conversation automatically or fingerprint payment cards to enforce lifetime bans.

Reports and appeals

Report impersonation, prohibited listings or other violations at Report a concern. We may hide unlawful listings or suspend accounts as appropriate, provide legally required explanations and use available complaint/appeal processes. Submitted messages are disclosed to the operator only when a participant chooses to share them.

Safety

Verify that the contact is the same organization whose profile appears at the platform's official domain. A QR or shared badge is a profile link, not a guarantee of transaction safety or material authenticity. Communications and any independent activity beyond the platform remain subject to applicable laws and personal due diligence.
